This presentation provides information about the Identify Theft Victims Assistance Form 14039, Identity Theft Affidavit, the Identity Protection (IP) PIN and the Opt-in Program for Taxpayers. By the end of this Seminar, you will be able to:

  • List the actions required after the identity theft issue is resolved.
