Privacy Act Disclosure Authorization

When registering with the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Online, I authorize the release of the information to a contractor so that I can receive an electronic copy of my Certificates of Completion for all seminars for which I earn CPE credit. I also recognize that the contractor will not be allowed to disclose information I provide when registering at the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Online website except when necessary to perform the contract for the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Online.
