Refund Policy
The IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Online (NTFO) self-study seminars are self-directed
and all the necessary information for the seminar is received upon registration for CPE credits; no refunds are
provided.
Cancellation Policy
If a participant has not completed a seminar they register for to receive
CPE credit, and the seminar has been archived in NTFO because it is outdated, the participant can take another
course at no additional cost. Seminar changes can be addressed via the "Contact Us" Tab.
Policy
on Technical Accuracy and Relevance/Written Policy Statement
These seminars are current through
the presentation date. Since changes may have occurred, no guarantees are made concerning the technical accuracy
after the presentation date. Go to www.irs.gov for any tax changes. All seminars
are reviewed annually by subject matter experts from respective IRS business units.
Record Retention Policy
NTFO will hold in its database the following information on registrants
that registered for CPE credit for a period of five (5) years:
- Name of Applicant
- Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- E-mail Address
- Course Title for which the
- CPE credit is applied
- Certificate of Attendance
Complaint Resolution
NTFO
will resolve complaints or answer questions regarding seminars or CPE Certification in a professional and timely
